So the biggest take away for me here is Sony claim of up to two days use on a single charge. I really can’t wait to test this theory and see if it lives up to the hype.

Another major feature has to be the camera. We saw the major improvements from the Z1 to the Z2 and now we see yet again Sony has made some serious improvements.

No 2k display but that’s OK. As I’ve stated I love the G3 but there really isn’t apps and or games that support 1440p yet and at this time its overkill in 6 months when we see the Z4 maybe not so much.

What are your thoughts on the Sony Xperia Z3?

  1. I have the feeling that Sony nailed a lot of things, but I see two major pain points:
    – Their Android overlay is terrible
    – They sell their flagships at too high a price

I mean, there isn’t a huge leap in specs between the Z2 and the Z3, yet the retail price is still extremely high.

That’s really too bad, because in terms of design and build quality, they are extremely good. But in terms of software and pricing, they seem to be off.
