Remember how Apple said Android wasn’t secure…. Oops Nude photos leaked

Remember all that bullshit and shade we heard Tim Cook throw androids way during their developer conference? Well Oops talk about secure, it looks as if Apple may have had one of the most memorable data breaches in history.
Unless you have been under a rock….
Hackers broke into Apple servers and hit icloud accounts on several celebrities.
The hackers say over 100 celebrities were affected, including Jennifer Lawrence, Kate Upton, Kim Kardashian, Rihanna, Kirsten Dunst, Selena Gomez and plenty of others.

While no information is yet confirmed, those responsible mention these photos and videos were taken straight form the users’ iCloud accounts. For those without knowledge of iCloud that’s OK you are not missing anything, it’s Apple’s cloud service like googles google drive or Microsoft’s One Drive, which syncs your images and videos as well as other data.
Metadata does show these images were taken with Apple devices, So this all could be true. If so apple could have a massive issue and maybe even a lawsuit on its hands.

Somewhere in Google right now execs are playing Tim Cooks comments and laughing their asses off.

As for the images and videos, we won’t be posting those here. I’m all for companies being exposed but those that have had their privacy violated…. I just can’t say that’s OK.
But hey the internet is a thing (just saying)

So my question to you all is this, What is the most secure mobile OS? And two, do you think celebs will abandon the iPhone in droves now because of this data breach?
Let me know in the comments.

Maybe this may be the thing that gets Black phone Off the ground with sales. Or the return of BlackBerry?
If some companies were smart they would exploit this weekness and use it to their advantage (cough cough BlackBerry) .

  1. Apple’s iOS and iCloud are two completely different things, so I think the secure thing might still stand. Just to explain, iOS is a mobile operating system and iCloud is cloud based storage, making it completely different from iOS or in fact Android. Any server can be hacked, a system is a little harder.

  2. iCloud (the thing that was hacked) is completely different from iOS or Android, and as it is server based it’s a little easier to hack, as you will know by the number of recent hacked websites and services, a system (especially a closed system) is a little harder to hack.
